Please join Jeanne as she takes you on a visit (or revisit) to Egypt, beginning with Cairo, the cradle of ancient civilization and now a city of 22 million people. It sits just below the Nile Delta and the Mediterranean Sea at the bottom of the River Nile. This grand river is the longest in the world, flowing north from Lake Victoria in Uganda. Jeanne will talk about the history of Egypt and the Pharaonic Era beginning in about 3000 BCE.
